This Privacy Policy explains what information Shooting Birds Carnival collects, how it is used, and your rights. Shooting Birds Carnival is built and operated by Tech Artists ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies to the Shooting Birds Carnival mobile application and the shootingbirds.app website.

In plain terms: the game has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The only thing it ever talks to is the App Store, and only when you choose to make or restore the one in-app purchase — that conversation is Apple's, and we never see your payment details.

The TL;DR 🎪

1. Information We Collect

None. That is the whole answer, but here it is in the usual table so it can be checked against Apple's privacy categories.

CategoryCollected?Notes
Contact info (name, email, phone, address)NoThe game has no accounts and never asks.
Identifiers (user ID, device ID, IDFA)NoNo advertising or attribution SDK is present.
Usage data / analyticsNoNo analytics SDK is present.
Diagnostics / crash logsNoWe collect none. Apple may offer you the choice to share crash data with developers through iOS itself; that is Apple's system, governed by Apple's privacy settings, and any such report is anonymized.
Purchases / financial infoNoThere is one in-app purchase, but Apple processes it. We receive no payment details, no card data and no identity — only an on-device flag recording whether the booths are unlocked. Apple's own handling of the transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, healthNoThe app requests none of these permissions.
Game progress (tickets, prizes, best scores)Stored on your device onlyA small file in the app's private storage. Never transmitted.

2. What Is Stored On Your Device

The game saves a small file inside its own private app storage containing your ticket total, which prizes you have won, and your best result per booth. This never leaves your device and is not readable by other apps.

You can erase it at any time from Main Menu → Start Over, which asks you to confirm and then deletes the file outright. Deleting the app also removes it.

3. How We Use Information

We do not receive any information from the app, so there is nothing for us to use, sell, share, or disclose. We do not build profiles, we do not run advertising, and we have no database of players.

4. Children's Privacy

Shooting Birds Carnival is family-friendly and suitable for children. Because the app collects no personal information whatsoever, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — or from anyone else.

This means the app does not require the parental-consent mechanisms of COPPA, because there is no collection to consent to. If you believe otherwise, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

5. How We Share Information

We share nothing, because we hold nothing. There are no third-party SDKs, no ad networks, no analytics vendors and no data processors involved in the app.

6. Your Rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR (EEA/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California) and similar regimes give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

We honour all of them trivially: we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct, port, or delete on our side, and we have never sold or shared personal information. The only data that exists is the save file on your own device, which is entirely under your control and which you can delete at any time as described in section 2.

If you would like written confirmation of this for your own records, email us and we will provide it.

7. Security

The strongest security measure available is not collecting data in the first place, which is the approach taken here. Your save file is protected by iOS app sandboxing, which prevents other apps from reading it.

8. Third-Party Services

The app itself integrates no third-party services. Note that:

9. Changes to This Policy

If the game ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example if a future version added ads, analytics or online features — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date before that version ships. Material changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes for the version that introduces them.
